A shockingly bad placement of the horizon line in the middle of the frame. I guess I hadn’t learned proper composition at that stage. Shocked and appalled!

    Thanks for posting these. There is a richness to film which is lacking from digital. Hard to explain what that is. And film images may well be less representative of reality than digital. It’s also apparent in movies between those shot with film and those not. We grew up with film and it was the way we were used to seeing images presented. I wonder if those who came later have a different response.
