"Green" in Cinemascope

"Green" in Cinemascope

Lillty pad and flower

I've been taking some photographs by the Grand Canal in Dublin over the last little while, as the growth along the banks is quite strong. Anyway, I really like the way you can get a nice play of the light and shadows with the sun being dappled by the overhead trees. The green is really strong and vibrant, especially when it's slightly overcast, and the Nikon green really enhances the natural colour. I love my Nikon D700's rendering of green. It's always rich and vibrant. Anyway, I put together a nice little sequence in my favourite panoramic faux cinemascope format for your enjoyment, so...em...enjoy...
