Watch how I use X-Transformer and Lightroom to Process Fuji Files

In this video I take a look at using X-Transformer and Lightroom for Processing Fuji X-Trans files from an X-Pro 2. I walk through the process from the start to finish, and I demonstrate some of the techniques that I have in my eBook guide on using X-Transformer. It's a fairly long video, but I cover lots in it, so if you're interested in the topic, I think it's worth watching!

If you haven’t seen the guide before, this should give you an idea of what its about, and if you already have the guide, it is a good companion video, as it walks you through the process. I also tae a few images further and do some additional processing on them. I had shot some bracketed sequences, and I make those into HDR files, including an attempt at a HDR panorama.

Towards the end of the video I try to show the differences between Lightroom’s standard conversions and using X-Transformer’s DNG files. A few people have asked what the difference is, and some have issues with understanding what X-Transformer does, and if its worth it, so I try to answer those questions. Obviously it’s hard to make out fine detail on a video, so I did my best to compensate by zooming in, and I think you can still see it.
