Free “Berlin” Lightroom Presets
In my most recent Photo Journal post, I talked about my trip to Berlin back in March of this year. I had previously promised that I would make the presets I used to create the “Berlin” look on some of these available, so here it is in the post below.
So I originally made these for Fujifilm and iPhone images, and some were specific to each. However, they will work with any camera, you just won’t get the colour profile set by default. So, if you install them, and you see some of the presets greyed out, that's why. Make sure you have the option to show partially compatible presets enabled in order to see these. In Lightroom Classic, you will see this option under Preferences > Presets.
I didn’t really prepare these for public output, but I’m making them available anyway. What do I mean by that? Well, normally I would test presets across a variety of images, and check them with a number of cameras and make sure there are no compatibility issues. But, because these are for a specific project, I’m just making them available.
Because of this, these come with no support, and I’m providing them as-is. There are no install instructions or readme files. If you don’t know how to manually install presets, you can google it if you’re having issues. (Just choose Install Presets and Profiles from the menu in the Develop Module, and select the zip file) Oh, and in case it’s not obvious, these are still copyright, so please don’t distribute them.
