Bridges of Dublin Book (My photos are featured on the inside)

Leading up to the end of the year, I'm having a look back at 2015. I was fortunate to have some of my Photography picked up on by editors, and used in two different fairly major publications this year. One was a book, and the other was use for an international advertising campaign.

Bridges of Dublin: The Remarkable Story of Dublin's Liffey Bridges

The first was a new book from Dublin City Council on the Bridges of Dublin. The council actually runs a website about some of Dublin's many bridges, most of which have fascinating and interesting stories and history behind them. They had used some of my images before for their website, and they had decided to turn the site into a book. The book was released just before christmas, and they are using two of my photographs in the book for the section on the Rosie Hackett bridge.

It's a really great book, if you like Dublin, or bridges, and it's available from most Irish book sellers. You can also find it on amazon (amazingly) through some third party sellers.

Apple iPhone 6 World Gallery

The second was a surprise and a great honour. I had the privilege of having one of my photos used as part of Apple's iPhone 6 campaign. I'm sure you've seen the campaign as it ran worldwide last year. One of my photos of Nice was used as part of the campaign and ran on ads in Europe.

Apple did a really nice thing too and after the campaign was finished they sent out beautiful books featuring all the work of people who's images had been featured. It was a lovely gesture and it was great to be part of such a big campaign.
