Street Photo Diary Season 2: Dublin with the Sony A6000
It’s time for a brand new season of my “Street Photo Diary” series. Following on from the photo essay I posted earlier, I set out to shoot some street photos with a Sony A6000 on a beautiful spring day in Dublin City. I also talked about the settings that I use and the importance of capturing "mundane" subjects when shooting Street Photography.
Processing Sony A6000 Raw Files in Lightroom - A New Guide Coming Soon
My next eBook guide is almost ready to go. I’ve been working on this for what seems like forever, and it’s now in the final stages of production. I wanted to do something similar to my previous Fuji X-Series guides, but for the Sony A6000. I’ve written a lot about the A6000 over the past few years and its a great little camera.
Street Photography Diary Number 11
Welcome to my first street photography diary post of 2016. I've had a relatively productive start to the year, photography wise. Continuing on from part one of my Sony A6000 review, in this second part I look at image quality and shooting video on the Sony A6000
A Year with the Sony A6000: A Long Term Review - Part 1
Last January, at the beginning of 2015, I decided to add a Sony A6000 to my ever growing camera collection. The reasons for the purchase were twofold. My Sony Nex–7 had died an unceremonious death, and it was going to cost too much to repair. Secondly, I wanted a small camera for video. Since then I’ve used the little Sony more and more and over the past 12 months I’ve really grown to like it.
Random Acts of Photography - Daffodil Edition
I've been a bit quiet, photographically speaking, over the last week or two. I've been busy working on some design jobs, so I haven't updated the site here as much as I would like. Anyway, as it's a beautiful spring day here in Dublin, here are some daffodil shots to celebrate the changing of the seasons.
