Now That's What I Called Lens Flare

St. Stephen's Green, Dublin, April 2011: People walking through the park, as the sun goes down behind the trees giving a brilliant glow to the foliage (Thomas Fitzgerald) I was out for a stroll the a few evenings ago, intent on sharpening my photography skills. Every now and then it's good to try things outside the norm, so I was shooting at f22 for some nice lens flare effects. With today's obsession with narrow depth of field, people often forget that there is a whole other world at the opposite end of the aperture spectrum, and sometimes, you know what, I want everything in focus. Plus, you have the added bonus of getting these awesome star shaped lens flares!
