My Twitter Account Meltdown

For no reason whatsoever, my Twitter account has just unceremoniously unfollowed everyone. Well, to be fair, it doesn’t seem to be twitter itself, but the third party service to manage my Twitter Account. They seem to have suffered some kind of bug because they’ve unfollowed everyone on my account and blocked a load of people at random too.

To say that I’m annoyed is something of an understatement. Social media is of significant importance to running a business these days, and this kind of screw-up could have a serious impact on someone’s livelihood. Fortunately, mine isn’t too dependent on twitter, but it’s still a huge issue. I’ve sent a support request to figure out what is going on, and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and not bad mouth them by name until I hear back, but once I get my followers back I’ll be ending my account whit that company. The worst part is that it was a really useful and fairly reputable service too.

Anyway, the upshot of this is that if I’ve unfollowed you in the past day or two it’s not on purpose. I’m not snubbing people - my account just wen’t nuts. I’m trying to piece it back together, but as you can only follow so many people at a time it’s going to take me a few days. Apologies again.
