A short while ago I got to spend some time in the magical city of Vienna. It truly is a beautiful place and, although it was freezing cold, we had relatively good weather (in that it was sunny) so I got to spend a good bit of time capturing the sights. I travelled light and only took one lens, my 28-300 on my Nikon D700. I had put my 50mm in the bag too but I never took it out. There is so much beauty that it was hard to know where to start. The intricate architecture and the decorative mouldings alone would have filled up a hundred memory cards. When I got back I was playing with the new book module in Adobe's Lightroom 4 beta and put together a little (well, quite big actually) book to try it out. I figured it would be a good way to show them too (hey, it works for Scott Kelby) so without further ado (or any more technical talk) here's a selection of images from Vienna:
