Old Store Website Now Closed - Important Information
Just a quick update. As I covered previously, I had closed my old store, but I had kept the website active for a few months so people could download their purchases. This site is now closed.
While I have made some products available on GumRoad, this is not connected to the store in any way. There is no way to connect previous accounts, and so, please don’t try to log into gum road with your old store accounts.
I understand that this is an inconvenience to some, but the online sales part of my business is closed now. The products on gumroad are being sold on my behalf, but technically they are the seller, and I just get royalties. This means that there is no way to connect previous accounts, and it would be impossible to do so because of GDPR anyway.

What happens to previous accounts and personal data?
All previous accounts have been deleted, and all personal information has been deleted. This is to comply with GDPR. No personal data has been retained. I have kept the minimum basic sales data required by Irish Tax law in order to file taxes, but all personal information and account details have been deleted.
Can I re-download my previous purchase any more?
You will no longer be able to re-download your previous purchases directly from the website (as it’s gone). If you have lost files you can send me an email, and I will do my best to send you new downloads, but please include a sales reciept or other proof of purchase, as well as details of what downloads you are missing. If you just send an email saying something like "I want my downloads" without any other information, I'm not going to be able to help you. If you can't find your sales reciept, just give me some other way to identify you from sales records, and I'll see what I can do.
I am not providing support or downloads for free products. It may take me a little time to respond so please be patient if you send a request. If you still have your downloads, please make a backup copy of them.
What about updates?
None of the products previously available on the store will be updated. All existing eBooks were at the end of that edition anyway, and any future guides, presets etc will be new editions or new versions anyway.
Can I still buy your guides and presets?
When I closed my store I got lots of emails asking people for access to some of my guides and capture one styles. Because of this I have made some of them available on gumroad due to requests. My Lightroom presets are no longer available, as there are too many support requirements to be viable commercially. I may make some of my older presets available for free in the future.
What about the Newsletter?
Both newsletters have been closed, and all newsletter accounts and personal data have been completely deleted.
What about support?
The old support site has now been deleted also, and so if you need support drop me an email and I’ll do what I can. Please remember it may take me some time to respond, and please bear in mind the differences in timezones.
