Stamen

Here's a little late night inspiration for you. We had some lovely flowers on our kitchen table today that were in full bloom, and I noticed how the stamen were making a wonderful pattern with the way the light was coming through the window and illuminating the inside of the flower. So, I grabbed my macro lens and fired off a couple of shots. Here's two of my favourites after a little bit of processing in Photoshop:
